Follow the below Procedure on how to change your mx records and you have 1 week to do this! at most
- Lunch https://improvmx.com/ on your browser. Below screenshot is the exact thing you will see
- In the box input your domain name and your email i.e. @gmail.com or @yahoo.com address and click on Create a free alias to proceed.
- The next page is where you need to copy both your MX record and SPF into your cPanel Zone Editor
- Click the RED text that says "Email Forwarding needs setup" at the top there!
- This will open DNS Settings page for you
- All is expected of you is to login to your cPanel and search for Zone Edit, On the page click the Manage Button and edit your DNS MX record to the one on your Dash Board! and add the second MX Record too by click on the add mx record on the page by the top right hand.
Also edit your TXT SPF to the one provided. This will resolve sending mails to your spams.
